Melissa Eighmy-Brown is the manager of Interlibrary Loan Borrowing at the University of Minnesota Libraries. Her work includes managing a student savings project in partnership with the University Bookstore in addition to providing leadership and vision for ILL and Document Delivery with an emphasis on creating a better user experience.
