Bio: Nicole Clasen

Nicole Clasen is Head of the Department User Services at the ZBW in Germany. The ZBW – Leibniz Information Centre for Economics – is the world’s largest research infrastructure for economic literature. The department includes the reference services, lending, interlibrary loan, international interlibrary loan and document delivery at the two branches Kiel and Hamburg. One of her current topics is the development and improvement of services through new digital and technical applications and possibilities. Ms. Clasen is a member of IFLA’s Standing Committee Document Delivery and Resource Sharing Section.
