Bio: CJ de Jong
CJ de Jong is the Access Services Coordinator at the University of Alberta Libraries, supporting one of the major research collections in Canada by coordinating interlibrary loan, reserves, circulation, shelving, stacks maintenance, and high-density storage. With interests in human resources, workflow management, user experiences, assessment, and leadership, CJ has presented at numerous conferences on related topics. CJ provides leadership in the area of resource sharing through various regional and national consortial initiatives and is a member of the Rethinking Resource Sharing Initiative Steering Committee.
