Bio: Abdullah Turan

Abdullah Turan received his bachelor’s degree in Library Science from Istanbul University in 1997 and his master’s degree in “Social Projects and Non-Governmental Organizations Management” from İstanbul Bilgi University in 2016. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Turkish Librarians Association Istanbul Branch between 2008 – 2010. He has still been working at Istanbul Bilgi University Library as a Reference and Public Relations Team Manager. His research area on the fields of library architectures, information literacy, document supply, gamification in libraries, library technologies, green libraries, and non-governmental organizations.
